10. The holder of a licence to capture birds of prey issued under the Regulation respecting licences to keep animals in captivity (chapter C-61.1, r. 20.1.1) may capture a bird of prey only between 1 August and 31 December, using
(1)  a bownet;
(2)  a Swedish goshawk trap;
(3)  a Bal-chatri; or
(4)  a dho-gazza.
